Homemade Muesli

Sift the plain oatmeal to remove the flour.

Put the pumpkin seeds and pine nuts in the oven and bake them at 170°C for about 5 minutes to get a good aroma.

The chopped almonds are relatively small and do not need to be roasted.

Roast the walnuts, let cool, and chop slightly.

Melt the butter in water, add honey and stir well.

Pour the oatmeal and chopped nuts into the butter and mix well.

Pour into the baking dish and spread out.

Preheat the oven, 180°, upper and lower fire, middle layer, bake for about 10 minutes, take out, stir the oatmeal once, and then put it in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until golden.
Tips:
After cooling, you can add some of your favorite dried fruit, keep it tightly sealed, and consume it as soon as possible.
The baking time and temperature are adjusted according to your own oven.
