I cleaned the kitchen today and found that there are still a lot of dried mushrooms at home! It doesn’t take much to make soup! Just want to use them to make fungus powder! "

Homemade Mushroom Powder

1. Dried mushrooms at home

2. Rinse the dried mushrooms with clean water several times, then squeeze the water to dry

3. Spread the washed mushrooms on the baking tray

4. Cut large pieces of eryngii mushrooms into smaller pieces to shorten the drying and crisping time

5. Spread it flat on the baking tray again

6. Bake in the oven at 100 degrees for about 2 hours until the mushrooms become crispy again

7. This is grilled crispy mushroom, wait for it to cool

8. Pour the cooled mushrooms into the mixing cup of the wall breaker

9. After closing the lid and plugging in the power, select the stirring button, the default is 3 minutes

10. Seeing the whipping into powder, you can end it early

11. It's best to sift it. If there is a lot of leftovers after sieving, you can put it into the machine to beat and sift again, and finally the rest can be mixed in the meat

Tips:

It’s best to clean it quickly, and don’t soak for too long, otherwise the baking time will be extended. Be sure to test crisp and cool before whipping
