Cabbage Tofu in Clay Pot

1. The eryngii mushrooms are soaked four hours in advance.

2. Fry the soft tofu slices with less oil on both sides. Don't fry it too old.

3. Wash the mushrooms.

4. Cut the cabbage into sections for later use.
