Homemade Pork Jerky

The pork has to be hinged twice to make it delicate.

Add the condiments in the accessories and stir well.

Mix flour, starch, red yeast rice noodles and water

Stir it into a paste

Add to the meat and stir well.

Add two egg whites and beat them up. I used a chef's machine and stirred for 10 minutes. The dried meat made in this way is more elastic.

Spread greased paper on the baking tray, put meat filling, pat evenly, about 1 mm thick.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and pat firm.

Bake at 220 degrees for 13 minutes in the oven

Take out, brush the oil on the front and back, and bake for 5-8 minutes. Just take it out and let it cool. Cut into small pieces and eat.

Put a little oil, honey and oyster sauce in a non-stick pan and stir-fry until a sticky paste. Add sliced meat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and stir-fry evenly. This one is honey flavored. You can also make spicy, cumin... all kinds of flavors, as you like.
