Homemade Rice Rolls

Mix the three powders together, add the right amount of water and mix well, fry the eggs with salt, fry the mung bean sprouts, sauté the garlic in hot oil, pour in the right amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce and mix well into a bowl for later use.

Grease the bottom of the small baking pan, pour a thin layer of rice paste, and steam it in a boiling water pot for one minute.

Catch the cooked vegetables on the steamed small half noodles, roll them up with a cutting knife, cut into small pieces, and drizzle them with sauce before serving.
