Songhua egg, also known as preserved egg and change egg, is a traditional flavored egg product in my country. In the past, when I was in my hometown, I would hire someone to make a contract and pay the processing fee. Later, I left home to work, and I just bought them ready-made eggs. One year for the convenience of going to work, I lived in a courtyard on the outskirts of the city. There was a small stream near the stream. There was a small garden opened by nearby residents. There were ducks in the garden. My mother-in-law was greedy for fat ducks raised by others, so she went to the store and bought them. A dozen little ducks. Other ducks eat their own bran and vegetable leaves. Our ducks have no rations and only eat the rest of our meals. These ducks have so much appetite, and the leftovers are not enough. They have to buy corn kernels for them. The most damning thing is that they go to other people’s vegetable gardens to destroy them and cause a lot of damage. Neighbors came to complain. My mother-in-law went back to her hometown at the end of that year and left the group of ducks to me. In order to raise them well, I did not lose much effort. After the spring flowers bloomed the following year, the ducks began to lay their eggs. They lay every day, every day, rain or shine, and gave birth to a lot of duck eggs. I couldn’t finish them. So I marinated a jar full of salted duck eggs, and a few more. There is no way to deal with a hundred duck eggs. Finally one day I couldn't bear so many duck eggs there, so I bought the egg-changing powder and wrapped the eggs for long-term preservation. This is my original intention of becoming an egg. This group of ducks lived happily in my house for three years. Later, when the unit moved to the factory in the new district, I bought a new house recently. There was nowhere to settle the ducks, so I gave it to my colleague's parents in the countryside. This group of ducks lived happily at the home of their colleagues' parents for another three years, laying more eggs, a few of them accidentally swallowed rodent poison, and the others were eventually sold. Until now I still remember the scenes of raising ducks. "
