Homemade Soup and Rice

After all the ingredients are cleaned and cut, the shape is what you like

Add a little oil to the pot

Add eggs, stir fry, and serve

Add the sliced sausage and fry until the color changes, instead of adding oil, use the oil from the scrambled eggs

Add the cowpea and stir fry

Add the mushrooms and stir fry

Add squid flowers and stir fry evenly

Adding proper amount of cooking wine can relieve the fishy smell of squid flower

Add 3 small bowls of clear water, and you can also add broth. I don’t have broth, so I added sea cucumber and abalone juice.

After the fire is boiled, add the rice and stir to disperse.

Add scrambled eggs

Add the right amount of mustard tuber, you don't need to add it if you don't like it, the tuber mustard tuber increases the flavor.

Bring the soup and rice over medium heat. The soup is as thick as in the picture, so add small green vegetables.

Stir the green vegetables into the soup and rice

When the vegetables are soft, add salt and turn off the heat.

The finished product is shown in the picture. I burned a bit too much, enough for almost 3 people.
Tips:
The greens can’t be cooked too well, you can add salt and turn off the heat when they are soft.
