Homemade White Chocolate
1.
Weigh the raw materials. Because most of the powdered sugar bought contains a small amount of starch to prevent the powdered sugar from agglomerating, this time the powdered sugar needs to be made with a cooking machine, rather than directly on the market.
2.
First crush the white granulated sugar with a food processor, then add milk powder and continue processing to make it as fine as possible.
3.
After the cocoa butter is melted in a water bath, add sugar and milk powder, and then stir evenly with a spatula.
4.
Pour the evenly mixed hot chocolate solution into the mold. Cool down at room temperature to form, then put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and then release the mold.
Tips:
Because the homemade raw materials are powdered sugar and milk powder polished by a household cooking machine, they are not as finely made by machinery and equipment. And white chocolate has no additives such as emulsifiers, so the taste is slightly grainy, which is inevitable. But homemade white chocolate is healthier and more conscientious. I hope that friends in the gourmet world will like it.
