Dark Chocolate
1.
Prepare materials
2.
Heat the cocoa butter in water at a temperature of about 50 to 60 degrees
3.
Stir the cocoa butter continuously to melt it
4.
After the cocoa butter is melted, add the powdered sugar and continue to stir until the powdered sugar is melted. Stir for a while
5.
After the powdered sugar has melted, add cocoa powder and continue stirring
6.
Finally, add whipped cream. This step is very important. The chocolate solution that has just melted at this time becomes more delicate with stirring.
7.
Pour the stirred chocolate into the mold and add some nuts according to your preference. Then put it in a lower temperature place and wait for it to form. (No need to put it in the refrigerator)
Tips:
The first time I ate this chocolate, it was a bit bitter in the mouth, but slowly it became sweet and uncomfortable at the beginning. Now I am addicted to it, and I find it too sweet when I buy it outside. The longer the mixing time, the smoother the chocolate. If the mixing is not enough, it will feel a little rusty, so don't be lazy!
