Homemade White Chocolate

First prepare 150g cocoa butter

30g butter melted with cocoa butter

Lecithin 3g dried for later use

10g vanilla powder and set aside
5.
60g powdered sugar and set aside

Pour all the sifted powder into the melted cocoa butter and butter and stir evenly into the squeeze bottle

Pour the white chocolate sauce into the mold and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to release the mold

I used a three-dimensional mold and I used sauce to glue two pieces of chocolate together. Hehe, doesn’t it look cute?
