Honey Bean Open Puff

Prepare materials.

Combine 250 grams of wheat flour + 125 grams of lard, mix well into dry pastry. Then knead the remaining 250 grams of wheat flour + 50 grams of lard + 100 ml of cold water to form a watery pastry. After kneading, cover with damp cloth and wake up for 20 minutes.

Knead the two pieces of dough separately into long strips, and then make an equal portion of 25 grams of water and 20 grams of dry pastry.
