A friend gave you two grapefruits, which are very sweet and with red hearts. I ate some freely, then peeled out some pulp to make jam, woke up early to spread bread and eat it, and drank grapefruit tea in the afternoon.
For grapefruit jam, usually the yellow peel on the outside of grapefruit is used. Nowadays, the outer peel has undergone various chemical treatments. I am very lazy, so I just threw it away.
Grapefruit contains a lot of vitamin C and dietary fiber, which can promote metabolism and excrete toxins from the body. In addition, the honey contained in grapefruit tea has the effect of regulating the intestines, so honey grapefruit tea can help the body excrete toxins, improve constipation, and achieve the goal of weight loss.
Ingredients: 500 grams of grapefruit meat, 20 grams of rock sugar, 40 grams of honey

Honey Grapefruit Jam

1. Prepare the grapefruit.

2. Peel the grapefruit flesh.

3. Put the pomelo meat in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-low heat, then turn to low heat.

4. Just cook until thick.

5. When it's warm, add honey and mix well.

6. Put it into sealed glassware and put it in the refrigerator for storage.
The prepared sauce can be spread on bread, or flushed with honey citron tea.

Tips:

If the grapefruit is not too sweet, or feel a bit bitter (because the grapefruit is heated, it will become bitter), you can add some rock sugar or white sugar to cook.
