Honey Grapefruit Jam

Prepare the grapefruit.

Peel the grapefruit flesh.
3.
Put the pomelo meat in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-low heat, then turn to low heat.

Just cook until thick.

When it's warm, add honey and mix well.
6.
Put it into sealed glassware and put it in the refrigerator for storage.
The prepared sauce can be spread on bread, or flushed with honey citron tea.
Tips:
If the grapefruit is not too sweet, or feel a bit bitter (because the grapefruit is heated, it will become bitter), you can add some rock sugar or white sugar to cook.
