Honey Grapefruit Paste
1.
Home-raised bees, hand-thrown out of the soil honey.
2.
Wash the grapefruit grown at home, cut the skin, and remove the white part.
3.
Cut the grapefruit peel into strips and peel the grapefruit into small pieces.
4.
Add two tablespoons of salt to the grapefruit peel water. After marinating for 1 hour, wash off the salt. Repeat the water and confirm that the grapefruit peel is not bitter.
5.
After the grapefruit peel is soaked, boil water, rock sugar, grapefruit meat and grapefruit peel in the pot, boil over high heat, and make sure that the rock sugar is melted and then change to a low heat to make it thick.
6.
The pomelo skin and meat syrup to be boiled is cooled to 60 degrees Celsius (which can effectively exert the effect of honey). You can pour an appropriate amount of soil honey and stir evenly. The real honey will have bubbles, which is a normal phenomenon.
7.
After bottling and refrigerating for one week, take appropriate amount of honey grapefruit paste according to taste to brew and drink.
Tips:
After making it, refrigerate it for about a week to combine the bitterness of grapefruit peel with the sweetness of earthen honey, which can achieve the desired effect.
