Honey Grapefruit Tea

Wash the grapefruit with warm water, then rub the skin of the grapefruit with salt, rinse, and drain the water

Peel the grapefruit peel, the thinner the better, the less white part the bitterness will be, the lighter the bitterness will be. I use the peeling tool to peel the grapefruit peel.

Shred the grapefruit peel, soak in light salt water for 15 minutes, rinse, and drain the water

Add water to the pot, add the grapefruit peel and rock sugar, bring to a boil, simmer on a low heat

While cooking the grapefruit skin, peel the grapefruit meat and break it into small pieces

After the grapefruit peel is boiled into a transparent shape, pour the grapefruit meat into it and cook, cut the lemon, squeeze the lemon juice into the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, simmer on low heat, cook until the flesh is sticky and then turn off the heat

When the pulp cools to slightly higher than the body temperature, you can introduce honey, stir it evenly, cool it and put it in the refrigerator for three days before drinking.
Tips:
1. The grapefruit should be rubbed and washed with salt
