Honey Grapefruit Tea

Wash the grapefruit and rub it with salt to remove the wax on the grapefruit peel.

Wash the grapefruit peel and scrape off the yellow grapefruit peel with a knife. The thinner the better.

Shred the grapefruit peel and put it in a bowl, add salt, and stir well. Let stand for a while.

Add water to the pot, put the shredded grapefruit peel in the pot, boil the water and cook for 5 minutes. Repeat this 2-3 times.

Peel off the grapefruit flesh and tear it into small pieces.

An appropriate amount of rock sugar, put in a bowl and set aside.

Tips:
1. Pay attention to safety when peeling the yellow peel of grapefruit. When peeling it, try to peel it thinly. Try not to peel off the white peel, because the most bitter is the white peel. Boil the yellow skin 2-3 times in boiling water to remove the bitterness.
2. If you are afraid of bitterness, you can put more rock sugar, or add more honey before bottling.
