1. Wash the grapefruit with salt and start peeling. Peeling grapefruit peel is a tiring job. Peel off the yellow part of the grapefruit. The white part is particularly bitter. Try not to bring it.

2. Cut the grapefruit skin into thin strips, add salt and keep it soft, and pass the water over and repeat the process three to five times (you can keep it in the refrigerator for another day). Blanch the water and boil until soft, let cool. The processed grapefruit peel has basically no bitterness anymore
