Honey Grapefruit Tea
1.
Wash the grapefruit with salt and start peeling. Peeling grapefruit peel is a tiring job. Peel off the yellow part of the grapefruit. The white part is particularly bitter. Try not to bring it.
2.
Cut the grapefruit skin into thin strips, add salt and keep it soft, and pass the water over and repeat the process three to five times (you can keep it in the refrigerator for another day). Blanch the water and boil until soft, let cool. The processed grapefruit peel has basically no bitterness anymore
3.
Break the grapefruit into small pieces. You can also use a food processor to break it. In fact, if you don’t break it, it will break naturally when you cook it.
4.
Put the grapefruit in a casserole, add a little water, put in rock sugar, bring to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer
5.
Add the processed grapefruit peel and cook together
6.
After about an hour, cook until there is no water, and the color is golden and transparent
7.
Let cool, bottle and refrigerate, you can enjoy it in three to five days
