Honey Grapefruit Tea
1.
Sprinkle salt on the grapefruit peel and wash it off with a brush.
2.
Use a peeling tool to peel the skin, so that the skin is thinner and easier to handle later.
3.
Use a knife to remove the white ones, the white ones are very bitter. I took the picture alone, so I didn’t get the picture of how to get to the white. This process is a bit tiring, but thinking that the less white, the less bitterness, the harder you work.
4.
After removing the white one, I used two grapefruit peels.
5.
Shred the grapefruit peel, the thinner the better. Add water and cook for ten minutes to remove the bitterness.
6.
Used a piece of pulp and made it into small pieces. After the grapefruit peel is cooked, put the pulp on the bottom and the grapefruit peel on the top.
7.
Put rock sugar on top and boil it with a little water. The causal flesh itself contains water.
8.
After cooking for a while, I saw that the water was running low, so I lowered the heat. Simmer it slowly, flip it with chopsticks, and boil the water dry.
9.
Put it in a sealed bottle after it is cold. The bottle must be water-free and oil-free.
10.
After adding honey, stir and seal for seven to ten days.
Tips:
1. Wash the grapefruit peel
2. Put less water
3. Those who don't like bitterness, put more rock candy.
4. Be sure to add honey after it is cold, otherwise too hot will destroy the nutrients of honey.
