Honey Grapefruit Tea

Try to remove the white part of the grapefruit peel,

Cut into thin strips with scissors,

Peel the grapefruit meat,
4.
Boil the grapefruit peel for about 15 minutes to remove most of the bitterness.

Rinse the boiled grapefruit peel with water,
6.
Put it in the pot, add rock sugar and simmer half of the grapefruit meat, simmer for 15 minutes, then add the remaining grapefruit meat and cook together.
7.
Boil until the grapefruit peel becomes transparent, cook on high heat until the soup is thick, add honey after cooling, mix well, seal and save.
