Honey Grapefruit Tea

Wash the grapefruit and peel off the skin thinly without the white flesh inside. Cut into filaments

The white flesh is separated from the white skin on the surface of the grapefruit, cut into filaments, put in water, and washed repeatedly until there is no bitterness.

The grapefruit is peeled off the white skin, the seeds are removed, and only the red flesh is left.

Boil a little water in a pot, add grapefruit peel, white flesh and rock sugar, and boil until thick.

Add the pulp and cook for a while, then turn off the heat.

Wait for the citron tea to cool and stir in honey.
Tips:
1. Don't choose honey with too strong taste, so as not to overwhelm the aroma of fruits.
2. The bottle containing the honey grapefruit tea must be scalded with boiling water and dried.
