Honey Grapefruit Tea

Wash the grapefruit with salt.

Peel and shred.
3.
Soak in salt water for one hour.
4.
Take out the grapefruit flesh and tear small pieces.

Boil the grapefruit peel for ten minutes to remove the bitterness and drain the water.

Pour the grapefruit meat on the grapefruit peel, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and clean water.

Boil on low heat until the water is dry.

Let it cool and pour in honey.
