Honey Grapefruit Tea [lemon Version]
1.
Sprinkle the rind of grapefruit and lemon with salt and wash with your hands
2.
Put the lemon slices into a bowl; cut the grapefruit peel thinly, then cut into about 1 mm filaments (shave the white part of the lemon peel, I forgot to shave, hehe~~)
3.
Soak the cut grapefruit peels in salt water for about 40 minutes
4.
Peel the grapefruit meat into small pieces and put it in a bowl
5.
Remove the core of the sliced lemon, sprinkle with thick sugar and marinate
6.
Take out the soaked grapefruit peel and put it in the soup pot and boil it for about 10 minutes
7.
Spread the peeled grapefruit meat on the bottom of the pan
8.
Spread the boiled grapefruit peel evenly on the grapefruit meat
9.
Sprinkle a lot of rock sugar on the grapefruit peel, add a small bowl of water, and cook on medium heat
10.
Boil for about 1 hour. The soup is thick and thick. After cooling slightly (about 80 degrees), stir in honey and marinated lemon slices.
11.
After the grapefruit tea is completely cooled, put it into a water-free and oil-free airtight container, and put it in the refrigerator to chill!
12.
Take it out and rinse it with warm water when you drink it (the water temperature is best within 80 degrees, too high water temperature will destroy the nutrition of honey)!
Tips:
When cutting the grapefruit peel, be sure to shave the white soft part inside the grapefruit peel, and cut the grapefruit peel as thin as possible with a knife of 1 mm;
Boil the grapefruit peel for a while longer, so that the bitterness of the grapefruit peel will be removed as much as possible;
When adding rock sugar to boil grapefruit tea, add less water, and stir frequently when boiling to prevent it from sticking to the pot
