Honey Pomelo Tea

Wash the pomelo, first use a planer to shave off the outer skin, don’t plan too deep, don’t do the white part, then shred the marinade to remove the bitterness, and remove the pomelo to get the pure meat. Forgive me for not taking pictures step by step, but enough. Be careful 😄

Put the bottom and yellow skin of the pomelo in the rock sugar shop with salt water to remove the bitterness and wash them together, put it in and simmer in water for three hours

Then put in the wok and stir-fry to collect the juice. This process is a bit long, it takes more than an hour, and the heat is slow.

Stir fry until the juice is completely collected and let cool, then pour the honey in and stir evenly.
