Honey Red Heart Grapefruit Tea

Prepare a big red grapefruit and scrub it with salt.

Using a paring knife, peel a thin layer of grapefruit peel and shred it into a container and add a spoonful of salt.

Soak in warm water for an hour.

Put rock sugar and water in the pot.

Put the grapefruit peel.

Put the chopped grapefruit meat on high heat and turn to low heat for an hour.

Stir constantly.

Just cook and thick.

After cooling, add honey and mix well.
