Horseshoe Cake

Cut and clean fresh horseshoes and set aside. Take half a box of horseshoe powder

Cut the horseshoe into small pieces, stir the horseshoe powder with 500ml of water into a raw paste

Take another pot of 1000ml water and add rock sugar to boil

Pour the boiled water into the raw pulp, mix into raw and cooked pulp, add the chopped horseshoes, and steam in the pot

Steam until it is transparent, cut into pieces and serve on a plate. Put a few cantaloupe balls on it for decoration
Tips:
1. You must use 1500ml of water. If there is more, the steamed cake is too soft and not shaped, and if it is too little, it will be too hard, which will affect the taste.
2. After steaming, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator to taste better.
