Horseshoe Cake
1.
Cut horseshoe into cubes.
2.
Rinse the horseshoe flour with five bowls of water and stir well.
3.
Boil it with four bowls of water and ice to boil, then put in the sugar, until the sugar is melted.
4.
Pour the 2 bowls of horseshoe powder water from step 2 into the sugar water and stir while pouring to avoid lumps. Turn off the heat until it feels sticky.
5.
Pour the hot cooked flour slurry into the remaining horseshoe flour slurry, stirring constantly while pouring. Steam the half-cooked flour paste in a wok for about 25 minutes.
6.
The surface of the steamed horseshoe cake will be a little bit watery, so you can pour out the wok. You can eat it after letting cool.
7.
The horseshoe pellets feel like they are cut larger, so you can cut them smaller next time.
