Hot and Sour Lotus Root

Prepare the materials.

Cut the lotus root into small dices and put them in the pot and cook them out.

Adjust the sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt, and pepper and mix thoroughly.

Tips:
