Hot and Sour Noodles

Prepare the ingredients: balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, red peanuts, fried white sesame seeds, salt, dried lotus root powder.

Put 15g balsamic vinegar, 3g sugar, 1 teaspoon Laoganma chili sauce, salt and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well

Tips:
1. If you use hard potato flour, you need to soak it first, and then put it in a thermos for simmering for at least half an hour.
2. I use Laoganma chili sauce is more suitable for children, not too spicy, you can use other chili sauces if you like more spicy.
