Like to use some Huo Hu stew soup, the soup is fresh and refreshing.

Huo Hu Partridge Soup

1. Get ready Huo Hu, wash.

2. The partridge is cleaned and cut into pieces.

3. In a pot of cold water, bring to a boil over high heat.

4. Take out the partridge.

5. Boil water in a casserole and put down partridges.

6. Next Huo Hu.

7. Bring to a boil on high fire.

8. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours.

9. Season with salt, turn off the heat and eat.

Tips:

Although Huo Hu is good, don't overeat it, and if you eat too much, the taste of the soup will be lost and the soup will lose its deliciousness.
