Ice Mint Honey Tea

Rinse fresh mint with running water and dry it in a cool place.

Fill a large, sealable glass bottle with mint leaves, then pour mineral water, and tighten the lid after filling.

Keep it in the refrigerator overnight. Before drinking the next day, mix the honey with a small amount of mineral water, and then pour the honey water into a cup filled with ice cubes (about 1/3 of the cup).

Pour the soaked mint water and mint leaves into the cup (about 2/3 of the amount of the cup). When drinking, shake the cup gently to mix the honey with the mint water.
Tips:
In terms of traditional Chinese medicine, peppermint has the effects of dispelling wind-heat, clearing the boss, clearing the throat, soothing the liver and promoting qi.
