Intestines Braised Potato Wedges

Intestines and potatoes.

Cut the intestines with an oblique knife and cut three cuts on each side.

Cut potatoes into pieces with a hob, and diced green onions.

Heat oil in a pan, add intestines and saute until fragrant.
5.
Then add the potato wedges and stir fry.
6.
Fry the potatoes until the color changes, add salt and water, cover and simmer for ten minutes.
7.
Simmer until the water is dry, open the lid and pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce for freshness.
8.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and stir fry a few times to finish.
9.
Finished product. Simple and easy to make, quick and delicious.
