Japanese Style Flower Shaped Rice Ball

Mix Japanese sushi vinegar and cooked white rice with a ratio of rice 7:1 vinegar to make vinegar rice (the method of vinegar rice refers to Jinsha sweet corn reverse roll, if you want to make sushi vinegar, refer to mackerel sushi)

Stir the bonito flakes into the vinegar rice.

Add the sweet corn and mix well.

Put the mixed ingredients into the flower-shaped rice ball pressing mold.

Use your thumb to dig a hole in the middle of the meal.

Put the appropriate eel in the hole.

Add seaweed paste (Japanese-style seaweed paste is available in supermarkets)

Cover the surface with vinegar rice, and press the lid up.

Tap the bottom of the mold lightly (after pressing, tap lightly to release the mold).
10.
Inverted rice balls.
Tips:
1 Do not put oil in the mold, and do not put oil in the rice grains, otherwise the shaped rice balls will easily fall apart.
2 After pressing, tap gently to help complete demoulding
3There are many kinds of rice ball molds, and you can choose the one you like.
4 The mixed vinegar rice should be cooled before use.
