Jelly Cake

This is the agar-agar powder I bought in Hong Kong. There are several colors. Today I chose green.

Pour clean water into a 16cm milk pan, about half the pot is full, pour agar-agar powder, stir until the agar-agar powder is completely melted.

Add sugar at this time, boil on high heat, and stir until the sugar melts.

Put the cooked sugar water in a bowl and let cool.

Then cover with plastic wrap and put in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator to freeze for 1 hour.
