Cool Coconut Refreshing

Wash the exterior of the coconut you bought.

Cut the top coconut meat with a fruit knife and set aside.

Use granulated sugar and agar-agar powder with a good amount of water and set aside; pour coconut water into a bowl. A coconut has an average of 300ML of coconut water, so 3 coconuts have a total of 900ML of coconut water.

Scrape out the meat from the coconut with a stainless steel spoon.

Scrape all the coconut meat and cut into small pieces for later use.

Put 300ML of water in the pot and then add 900ML of coconut water to heat.

When making small bubbles, add fine sugar and agar-agar powder and keep stirring until the agar-agar powder is melted and continue to boil

After the coconut water is boiled, add the cut coconut meat and continue to boil.

Turn off the heat after boiling.

Put the cooked coconut water back into the coconut shell.

After cooling, wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for more than 2 hours before eating.
Tips:
1. When it is ready, put it in the refrigerator and wait for it to cool slightly. It is best to eat within two days as soon as possible.
2. The sweetness can be adjusted by yourself.
