The supermarket bought a large bag of salted kelp shreds. I originally wanted to soak a little to make cold kelp shreds. When I soaked it, I felt that the soup would be delicious. I heard that this soup can help you lose weight.

Kelp Coriander Soup

1. Soak the shredded kelp in water to soften, cut the shiitake mushrooms into pieces, and cut the coriander into longer pieces

2. Pour 4 bowls of water into the pot, add 1 drop of oil to boil

3. Boil open into the kelp shreds

4. Put the shiitake mushrooms together, cover and cook for 20 minutes

5. Pour in coriander and boil, the soup will turn slightly green

6. Season with a spoonful of salt

Tips:

Friends who don’t like coriander consider it as appropriate
