Kelp Coriander Soup

Soak the shredded kelp in water to soften, cut the shiitake mushrooms into pieces, and cut the coriander into longer pieces

Pour 4 bowls of water into the pot, add 1 drop of oil to boil

Boil open into the kelp shreds

Put the shiitake mushrooms together, cover and cook for 20 minutes
