Konjac Grilled Fish Steak

1. Fresh fish steak. Soak in clean water.

2. Cut the konjac into pieces. Cook and set aside.

3. Put some salad oil in the pot. Put in star anise. Bay leaf. Saute the peppercorns until fragrant.

4. Put the green onions and continue to fry until fragrant.

5. Add soybean paste and Laoganma. Stir fry for red oil.

6. Put in the fish cubes. Stir-fry the fish cubes.
