Konjac Grilled Fish Steak

Fresh fish steak. Soak in clean water.

Cut the konjac into pieces. Cook and set aside.

Put some salad oil in the pot. Put in star anise. Bay leaf. Saute the peppercorns until fragrant.

Put the green onions and continue to fry until fragrant.

Add soybean paste and Laoganma. Stir fry for red oil.

Put in the fish cubes. Stir-fry the fish cubes.

Add in unpleasant water and bring to a boil over high heat.

Add all the spices.

Turn to low heat after boiling again. Pickled peppers and konjac.

Cook for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat, and let it sit in the pot for five minutes.

The fish steak is ready.
Tips:
The konjac must be blanched first, otherwise it will become astringent and taste bad. This piece of fish must be simmered for about 20 minutes on low heat.
