Korean Noodles
1.
Put the Korean noodles in cold water and soak for one to two hours.
2.
First boil a pot of boiling water and pour it into a large cup for later use. (You can also directly use the hot water from the water dispenser)
3.
Put coriander, winter vegetables, dried shrimp, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, light soy sauce and vinegar in a bowl.
4.
Add less boiling water to melt the condiments.
5.
Boil the pot, bring the water to a boil, put in the soaked Korean noodles, take out about a minute, and put the noodles into a bowl with cold water.
6.
Hot water in advance. Stir it well and it's ready to eat. If you like spicy food, add spicy cabbage and chili oil.
