Korean Spicy Seafood Mixed Cold Noodles

Get all the materials

1. There is no Korean noodles, just use regular soba noodles
2. Spicy seafood noodles with kimchi and margarita rice wine are good choices
3. If you don’t like too spicy, you can skip the chili powder
