Kuaishou Orange Strawberry Jam

Prepare 2 glass cups with lids, put them in a deep pot, add cold water to a boil, boil for 5 minutes, take out and let cool and dry.

The ingredients are prepared and weighed, cornstarch, granulated sugar, strawberries, and blood oranges.

Mix the granulated sugar and corn starch, stir evenly with chopsticks, and set aside.

Tips:
1. Blood oranges can be replaced with other oranges or lemon juice; try to remove the white silk from blood oranges, otherwise the taste of the finished product may be a little bitter.
2. Be especially careful when cooking jam, cook it slowly on a low heat, and remember to keep stirring to avoid splashing and scalding the jam.
3. Strawberries can't be soaked in water. Wash them quickly and wipe off the water immediately, otherwise it will be easily broken.
4. The jam made with the amount of sugar in the recipe will not be very sweet. Personally feel that the sweetness is acceptable, you can increase or decrease the amount of fine sugar as appropriate.
5. The bottle needs to be boiled in boiled water, dried and then put into the made jam, sealed and refrigerated for storage.
