Kung Pao Lotus Root

Scrape the lotus root, peel and dice, filter with water to remove starch;

Boil the lotus root until it is broken;

Cut green and red peppers into small cubes, salt them for a while;

Slice garlic; cut dried chili into sections; diced green onion; mince ginger; wash pepper and set aside;

Adjust the juice: soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, starch, add a small amount of water and mix well;

Put the peanuts in the oven and bake for 8 minutes, then remove the clothes;
