Kung Pao Lotus Root

1. Main material.

2. Scrape the lotus root, peel and dice, filter with water to remove starch;

3. Boil the lotus root until it is broken;

4. Cut green and red peppers into small cubes, salt them for a while;

5. Slice garlic; cut dried chili into sections; diced green onion; mince ginger; wash pepper and set aside;

6. Adjust the juice: soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, starch, add a small amount of water and mix well;

7. Put the peanuts in the oven and bake for 8 minutes, then remove the clothes;

8. Stir-fry the peanuts in a hot oil pan and serve;

9. Leave the oil in the pot, add the peppercorns to explode the aroma and then remove; add the white onion, garlic slices, minced ginger, and dried chili and saute until fragrant;
