Lantern Cucumber

The ingredients are ready.

Mince meat, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, white pepper, thirteen spices, starch and stir well.

Stir the meat filling in one direction and it's ready.

Peel off the skin of the old cucumber and cut into pieces with razor blades.
