Lao Gan Ma Spicy Bean Shreds

A handful of freshly braised tofu shreds.

Wash fresh cucumbers, carrots and parsley and set aside.

Tips:
The braised bean shreds themselves have a salty taste, so control the amount of salt when seasoning.
