I mostly use wild bok choy for soup, just because I like it to make the soup feel comfortable in the throat, the leaves can be eaten as a vegetable, with some simple ingredients such as carp, lean meat, and ginger, the soup is already delicious. If you have a weak physique, you can add some tangerine peel and red dates to neutralize it.
