Leek Egg Elm Bark Noodle

Choose the authentic Ji'an elm bark cold noodles 😂 (mother sent it to me by express mail in a vacuum package).

Elm bark noodles in a pot under cold water, boil for 1 to 2 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 1 minute.

Cut the leeks into small pieces, beat the eggs and set aside.

Heat the oil and saute the chopped green onion, add the leeks and stir fry.

Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, add a little light soy sauce, season with salt, and add the water with the minced chives.

Just add a little sesame oil and chicken essence just before it is out of the pot.

Add egg liquid after boiling.

Soak the noodles in cold water, remove them, and add the egg and chive soup.
