Elm Bark Noodle Big Cold Noodle

Boil the elm bark noodles in a pot under cold water for 1 minute, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 3 minutes, soak in cold water for half a minute, drain the water and remove.

Cool boiled water, add white vinegar, sugar, a little salt, shredded radish and chopped green onion to make a juice and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
