Lemon Beetroot

The black skin is beetroot, and the color inside is dark red after cutting.

Cut into thick slices and load them into the tray.

Put the cut beetroot in a pot and steam for 15 minutes on high heat.

Squeeze the lemon juice into the cold beetroot and mix well.
5.
Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
