Occasionally, I want to eat something light, especially after the big fish. At noon, I ate beef hot pot, and I just wanted to eat some greens at night. I just have lettuce that can be eaten raw at home, add some cucumber, add some raisins, add some salad dressing, mix well, it's delicious. Sometimes, you can clean your intestines and stomach properly, eat some vegetarian food, and enjoy the comfort of light meals.

1. Choose only young leaves of lettuce, soak in salted water for 10 minutes, wash and drain.

2. Choose immature cucumbers.

3. Peel the cucumber, cut into cubes, and soak in salted water for 10 minutes.

4. Drain the cucumber.

5. Wash the raisins with warm water and drain the water.

6. Put the drained lettuce in a salad bowl.

7. Add cucumber.

8. Add the raisins.

9. Add salad dressing, mix well, and serve.

Tips:

The greens for salads are best to choose organic greens that can be eaten raw. Lettuce salad with raisins is really delicious. It is highly recommended to add raisins.
