Loofah Butterfly Powder with Egg Meat Slices

The butterfly powder is first cooked in water (add a little salt to the water used to cook the powder), then pass in cold water and set aside.

Peel the loofah and cut into pieces for later use.

Slice the lean meat, use a little cornstarch and light soy sauce, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Beat the eggs, add a small amount of soy sauce, fry and cut into small pieces with a spatula, set aside.
