Maca Stewed Pigeon

Take the maca, wash and put in a casserole.

Take pure water.
3.
Pour into the casserole.
4.
Wash the pigeons.
5.
Pot to boil water.
6.
The water is boiled and the pigeons are blanched.
7.
Keep flipping.
8.
Cut off the feet of the pigeons and scald them until they become discolored.
9.
Rinse and put in the casserole.
10.
Bring to a boil, simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
11.
Finished product.
