It’s raining these few days and there’s nothing to do. The mangoes I bought just a few days ago turned yellow, so I made a snack with mango and made a red mango jelly.

Mango Fudge

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Mango peeled and cored with a wall-breaking machine to squeeze the fruit puree

3. Gelatine tablets are soaked in cold water to soften

4. Add the mango puree to the maltose syrup and stir well

5. Place the fire on a small fire, stir and boil to thicken

6. Add marshmallows and continue to stir slowly until the marshmallows melt

7. Finally, add the gelatine slices and stir well.

8. Pour the prepared mango syrup into the fresh-keeping box covered with plastic wrap

9. Refrigerate and take out after setting

10. Cut into pieces and coat the delicious mango fudge with white sugar.

11. Full of mango flavor, soft and elastic

Tips:

Add maltose to solidify and shape better. If you can’t eat it, keep it in the refrigerator.
