Mango Fudge

Prepare the ingredients

Mango peeled and cored with a wall-breaking machine to squeeze the fruit puree

Gelatine tablets are soaked in cold water to soften

Add the mango puree to the maltose syrup and stir well

Place the fire on a small fire, stir and boil to thicken

Add marshmallows and continue to stir slowly until the marshmallows melt

Finally, add the gelatine slices and stir well.

Pour the prepared mango syrup into the fresh-keeping box covered with plastic wrap

Refrigerate and take out after setting

Cut into pieces and coat the delicious mango fudge with white sugar.

Tips:
Add maltose to solidify and shape better. If you can’t eat it, keep it in the refrigerator.
