Adults and children love to eat jelly. The price of buying some jelly is very expensive, and the taste is still strong. In fact, it is not difficult to make it at home. Today, we use mango puree with homemade passion fruit jam to make a very simple jelly , Rich fruit aroma, very delicious.

Passion Fruit Mango Jelly

1. Prepare all the ingredients, cut the gelatine slices into small pieces and soak them in ice water.

2. Pour the mango puree and purified water directly into the small milk pot.

3. Add rock sugar and passion fruit jam.

4. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring slowly while cooking.

5. When small bubbles appear, add honey and mix well.

6. When it is completely boiling, turn off the heat.

7. Drain the gelatine slices and put them in the pot.

8. Use residual heat to melt the gelatin slices and mix well.

9. Pour into the mold.

10. After solidification and demoulding, our jelly is ready.

Tips:

1. After being poured into the mold, it can be refrigerated to accelerate the solidification after cooling.
